About Alexander

I'm Alexander Hands, the principal owner of Hands Consulting.

I am a lisenced social worker with over a decade of experience across multiple fields in the helping industry.

Having held roles from front line crisis service, to director level positions, I know the importance of both having organizational goals as well as the systems necessary to achieve them.

I started this practice with a vision: to make the helping industry in Minnesota a valuable partner to everyone it serves.

I love sailing in the summer, spending time with my son, and traveling for adventuer when I can.
